Announcing international and multilingual AI phone calls
We’re super excited to announce that Simple can now make phone calls in 15 different languages to 33 countries across the world!
Our north star at Simple AI is to save people time and energy by automating tasks they hate. It turns out people hate making phone calls.
Simple uses voice AI to call businesses on your behalf to ask questions, make restaurant reservations, and book hair appointments.
And so much more. Our users are more creative than we are. They’ve asked Simple to call InterContinental to upgrade their hotel room, Virgin Atlantic to change an award flight, Xfinity to complain about their internet, Apple to check on the status of their iPhone order, REI and Arcteryx to see if they had a specific camping bag in stock, Singapore Airlines to ask about checked baggage allowances, Avis to ask about rental car availability, 10 massage spas at once to ask about pricing, a seafood supplier to place a delivery order for branzinos, a butcher’s shop to place an order for beef tongue, a restaurant to see if dogs were allowed.
They also asked Simple to call a restaurant in Italy, a hotel in Taipei, and an onsen in Japan. We couldn’t do it.
